Abstract
Abstract: There are still many debates related to the productivity of remote worker work. The productivity of remote workers is an important thing to research because there are more remote workers in the world, and they are able to save costs. This study aims to determine the role of psychological capital on work productivity of remote workers with work engagement as a mediator. The hypothesis in this study is that work engagement will mediate the role of psychological capital on the productivity of the remote worker. Respondents in this study were employees who worked remotely in Yogyakarta. Measuring instruments used in this study are UWES, PCQ and for remote work productivity using a questionnaire compiled by researchers based on aspects of Baker, Avery, & Crawford (2007). The analysis used in this study was a modiator analysis using JASP 14.
