Abstract

Regulations of planning structure for earthquake-resistant buildings in Indonesia have developed along with the occurrence of new earthquake fault. It start from the updated earthquake map zone from earthquake map 2010 to earthquake map 2017. so, with this emergence, the regulation of SNI 1726-2012 is being updated to SNI 1726-2019. This updated data has resulted in the need to review the finished building using both of the regulations to obtained the differences between the SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019. The problem that has been studied are how much the change of the seismic response that occurs in the high building which include the base shear force, inter-story drift, and the structural irregularities if the earthquake load used are based on SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019. The program used in this analysis is ETABS 19.1. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, base shear force in SNI 1726-2019 in the y direction is 1.51 times greater than SNI 1726-2012 and in the x direction, SNI 1726-2019 is 1.46 times greater than SNI 1726-2012. The average of story displacement in rss y direction is 1.67 times greater. For the irregularities, both SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019 only occur type 1a in horizontal irregularities. Then, the vertical irregularities both in SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019 does not occur.
