PENGARUH SUSTAINABILITY REPORT TERHADAP KINERJA DAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan (mining) yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2016)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengungkapan Sustainability Report beserta indeks kinerja ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosialnya terhadap kinerja dan nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang menerbitkan Sustainability Report tahun 2011-2016. Metode statistic yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, dengan pengujian hipotesis uji statistic t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sustainability Report berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja dan nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kinerja ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kinerja lingkungan dan sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan nilai perusahaan. This study aims to examine the effect of Sustainability Report disclosure along with its economic, environmental, and social performance indexes on company performance and value. The sample used in this research is mining sector companies that publish Sustainability Report year 2011-2016. The statistic method used is multiple linear regression test, with hypothesis test of statistic t test. the results of this study indicate that the Sustainability Report significantly influence the performance and value of the company. the results of this study also shows that economic performance affects the company's performance but does not affect the company's value, while environmental and social performance have no effect on company performance and value.
