Abstract
The Magelang City Government's desire to build Rusunawa for ASN and PPPK. This is motivated by the number of ASN and PPPK who do not yet have housing, population growth, and the decreasing area of land for settlement. Differences in salaries, ASN and PPPK residents, and a maximum rent of 1/3 of the UMK are design challenges. The flat design uses the issue identification method to determine flat variables as well as the ASN and PPPK behavior of the Millennial and Gen Z generations, thereby producing a design concept. Through a behavioral approach, the aim is to produce a design that is efficient for the flat with users. The importance of paying attention to user behavior both in terms of needs and comfort. This relationship produces an effective and adaptive design for residents. This results in a compact and multifunctional design in accordance with this generation's preferences in choosing housing.
