Analisis Produktivitas Kombinasi Alat Berat pada Pekerjaan Pemindahan Tanah Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Sakit UII (Analysis Of Productivity Heavy Equipment Combination At Earthmoving Works Of UII Hospital Construction)

Abstract

Importance of management heavy equipment at earthmoving works of UII Hospital construction mostly effect to cost incurred. Therefore, need to be accurate and systematic about productivity calculation of excavator and dump truck. From the analysis we found several alternative combinations of heavy equipment that can later be applied to the UII Hospital construction. The analysis of earthmoving works volume area of 15.282 m3 and 11.487 m3 cut and fill volume, obtained three alternative calculation of productivity. The first alternative can finish the job with a duration of 290 hours and a cost of Rp. 117,988,211.40. The second alternative can finish the job with a duration of 211 hours and a cost of Rp. 117,988,211.40. The third alternative can finish the job with a duration of 338 hours and a cost of Rp. 114,984,441.03. The second alternative selected by a combination of two units of excavators and 4 units of dump trucks. By choosing the second alternative can savings time during 79 hours at a cost equal to the first alternative. To further optimize the productivity of the heavy equipment there are four factors that affect them, the capacity bucket, bucket factor, work efficiency and cycle time.
