This study has objectives related to job stress and employee performance at PT Hexindo Adiperkasa, Tbk. This study uses a scale using The Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ) (Fliege, et al., 2005). In measuring employee performance using a modified scale (Kumandang, 2016) which has been compiled based on five aspects based on quality, quantity, timeliness, and relationships related to others. This scale is based on the theory of Hasibuan (2007). The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between work stress and employee performance in employees. Respondents in this study totaled 113 people with the criteria of women and men with a work range of 1-15 years. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique obtained a correlation value of -0.531 which indicates that job stress has a negative and strong relationship with employee performance, this shows that the hypothesis can be accepted.en_US
