Digitalisasi evaluasi dan perbaikan pelat lantai (integrasi uji non-destruktif, core drill, dan simulasi numerik)

Abstract

This study investigates floor slab vibration issues at a university in East Java, Indonesia, through a combination of non-destructive (Schmidt Hammer and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity), semi-destructive (core drill), and numerical simulations using ETABS. Three scenarios were analyzed: (1) adequate concrete strength and thickness according to design documents, (2) low concrete quality but sufficient thickness, and (3) low concrete quality and inadequate thickness. The results revealed deficiencies in concrete quality and slab thickness, resulting in low fundamental frequency and excessive deflection beyond comfort standards. Two repair strategies were proposed: (1) increasing slab thickness from 100 mm to 160 mm and (2) adding IWF 300x150 steel beams. Simulations demonstrated that slab thickening is more effective in reducing vibrations. This research highlights the importance of vibration analysis for occupant comfort and structural safety, contributing to optimizing design and repair strategies in civil engineering and building maintenance.
