Pengaruh Manajemen Laba dan Kondisi Keuangan Terhadap Kesejahteraan Investor (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Sektor Jasa yang Terdaftar di Bei)

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of earning management and financial condition to prospertiry of investor. Earnings management is measured by discretionary accruals in the Modified Jones Model, financial condition is measured by return on asset, total asset turnover, debt to asset ratio dan current ratio, while prospertiry of investor is measured by stock return. The objects of this research are service company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression using Microsoft Excel 2007 program. The result of this research showed that return on equity, total asset turnover dan debt to asset ratio have significan positive effect towards stock return. Then, the variables of earning management and current ratio have no significant effect to stock return
