dc.description.abstract	This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Performance on Corporate Value moderated by institutional ownership, Research conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2015. There are 35 manufacturing companies that measured their financial performance with ROA (return on assets). The type of data used is secondary data and processed using SPSS. The results show that financial performance (ROA) has a positive effect on Corporate Value and Institutional Ownership strengthens the influence on company value	en_US
