| dc.description.abstract | PT Angkasa Pura I is a company engaged in aviation navigation services that must provide quality and quality services to satisfy prospective passengers. This internship takes one month in PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta Adisutjipto International Airport. The author was placed in the Service and Human Capital department by PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta based on university majors to help companies achieve their goals. The internship is used to see how changes in health insurance provider policies affect employees. From interviews conducted by several permanent employees from various lines of departments, this change in health insurance providers was felt to be less able to meet employee satisfaction when compared to health insurance providers previously used by the company. | en_US |
