Implementasi ERP pada PT Waskita Karya (Studi pada PT. Waskita Karya)

Abstract

Enterprises Resource Planning (ERP) is a complex business management software that allows an organization to integrate their operations which bring many competitive advantages. On the other hand, ERP project failure could lead to an extreme loss or even go out of business. This study aims to describe the ERP implementation and post-implementation process based on PT Waskita Karya. This study also uses Critical Success Factors (CSF) to highlight the prime factors leading to success. CSF were used such as: Project Management, Effective Communication, Training, Vendor Selection, and Willingness to Change. This research uses qualitative method, interview with key informant, private documents, and observation. The result shows PT Waskita Karya succeed to implemented ERP systems although the project does not meet the time requirements.
