Bicycles are one of the most popular, cheap and practical means of transportation, and are environmentally friendly. As times continue to develop, all aspects of life are required to be fast and instant. The bicycle frame is the main part of the bicycle which must have a strong construction to withstand the load. Because the frame is a determining factor in the success of a bicycle design. In terms of materials used, frames are divided into several types, starting from steel, aluminum and carbon fiber. Steel is a common material used for basic bicycles. Meanwhile, aluminum has a lighter weight, but is a little hard when carried on the road. Carbon fiber is the lightest material, strong and comfortable when traveling. In this research, a product design was carried out to create a tool for carrying goods that can be attached to a bicycle. This tool is called a cargo kit, with this tool, a normal bicycle fitted with a cargo kit can function as a cargo bike in general. The design is carried out using the concept of design criteria, design references and alternatives, product criteria values and analysis of product test results.en_US
