Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di BEI

Abstract

Munculnya krisis ekonomi di Indonesia disebabkan oleh buruknya tata kelolaperusahaan atau Good Corporate Governance yang akan menimbulkan korupsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dewan komisaris, komite audit dan dewan direksi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahperusahaan perbankan di Indonesia yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2020 – 2022yangdiperoleh dari website IDX atau www.idx.co.id. Alat analisis yang digunakanuntuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial dan dewan direksi berpengaruhpositif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Komisaris Independen berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja Perusahaan. Sedangkan kepemilikan institusional dan komiteaudit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan perbankan. The emergence of economic crisis in Indonesia is caused by poor corporategovernance or Good Corporate Governance that will cause corruption. This studyaims to determine the ef ect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, board of commissioners, audit committee and board of directors on companyperformance. The sample used in this study is banking companies in Indonesialisted on the IDX which are currently 2020 – 2022 obtained from the IDXwebsiteor www.idx.co.id. The analytical tool used to test research hypotheses is multipleregression. The results showed that managerial ownership and the boardof directors had a positive ef ect on the company's performance. Independent Commissioners negatively af ect the Company's performance. Meanwhile, institutional ownership and audit committees have no ef ect on the performanceof banking companies.
