Pengaruh Family Control, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Dan Kepemilikan Asing, Terhadap Profitabilitas Dan Nilai Perusahaan, Pada Perusahaan Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of family control, managerial ownership and foreign ownership on profitability and firm value in Food and beverage companies which are listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. The population used in this research was listed food and beverage companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange and the number of food and beverage companies that fulfilled the sampling criteria (purposive sampling method) were 19 companies. The result proved that family control had no influence on profitability but had positive influence on firm’s value. Managerial ownership had no positive influence on profitability and firm’s value. Meanwhile, foreign ownership had positive influence on profitability but had no influence on firm’s value.
