Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Batik Yogyakarta

Abstract

The objective of this resarch are to find out : (1) the infuence interpersonal communication to job acvievment in Hotel Batik Yogyakarta ; (2) The most dominant of interpersonal communication factor that influence to job acvievment in Hotel Batik Yogyakarta. Population of this research in Hotel Batik Yogyakarta is 50 respondence. This research use quesioner and while teqniques data analysis is used descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis (regression, F test, t test). The result of this research show that there is significant interpersonal communication to employes job achievment in Hotel Batik Yogyakarta. Supportivenes is the most dominant of interpersonal communication factors that influence employes job achievment in Hotel Batik Yogyakarta.
