Indonesia’s traditional bamboo weaving crafts, particularly in the production of carpets, baskets, and household goods, are facing a sharp decline due to modernization, mass-produced alternatives, and the erosion of generational knowledge. In many rural communities, bamboo weaving was once an integral part of daily life and cultural identity, but younger generations are now shifting toward industrial jobs, leaving behind this centuries- old craftsmanship. This decline not only threatens cultural heritage but also disrupts the economic sustainability of artisans, especially in regions known for their skilled weaving traditions. Despite efforts by the government and NGOs to revive interest through tourism and cultural initiatives, these strategies often commercialize the craft rather than truly empower the weavers. The lack of integration between learning, making, and appreciating traditional bamboo weaving diminishes its cultural significance. This research proposes an architectural intervention that reimagines the weaving center as a multi-functional space for production, education, and cultural experience, fostering a deeper connection between artisans, learners, and visitors while ensuring the sustainability of bamboo weaving traditions.en_US
