| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to examine the effect of occupational safety and occupational health on the performance of employees of Asraj tour with motivation as intervening variable and without passing motivation as an itervening variable. The number of sample are 50 respondents. The analysis used are path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that From the calculation of path analysis could be concluded that the total effect of health and safety on performance through work motivation greater than the total influence of direct health and safety to performance so that job satisfaction can be a mediation variable the relationship between health And safety. | en_US |
