Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Nasabah dalam Mengajukan Pinjaman Studi Kasus Pada PT BPR Eka Bumi Artha Lampung

Abstract

This paper is made to know the factor that pushing all clients to raise the crediVIoan to the bank, Because this metter represent something that is very important especially for bank party to know the factor that most influencing client to raise the loan at the bank. Beside that represent the medium to all clients to submit their assessment during becoming the bank client. This research is executed at a biggest BPR exist in Lampung Province, that is PT BPR Eka Bumi Artha. By giving some question to the clients, using the questioner method or direct interview. As for the questions cover some factor that is: service, amenity obtains to get the loans, interest rate loan, procedure of loan application, collateral, and bank location. From result obtained from the questioner later, than processed by using probrram to process data, statistical product and service solution (SPSS), it will later give the result. The result obtained by conducting this research is that, the most dominant factor influence the client raise the loan at PT BPR Eka Bumi Artha is interest rate loan, which is according to the clients is lower compared to interest rate loan in other dissimilar bank, despitefully client doesn't mine with the interest rate specified by bank party.
