Hubungan antara Religiusitas dengan Kebahagiaan Hidup Remaja di SMA UII Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine identify the relationship between the value of religiosity with adolescent joys of life in the city of Yogyakarta. Allegations that the proposed early in this research is that there is a positive relationship between the religiousity of adolescents living with happiness at the area of Yogyakarta. the higher the religiosity, the higher the happiness of life. Conversely the lower the value of religiousity, the lower the happiness of life. The subjects in this study were high school children or adolescents aged between 14-20 years old, Muslim and living in the area of Yogyakarta or studying in this area, The scale used in this study of three scales which scale to use positive affect and negative affect schedule (HEAT), while life satisfaction using the Life Satisfaction's Scale, and Religiosity using the formula Glock and Stark (Ancok&Suroso,2008) Methods of data analysis will be undertaken in this study using SPSS for Windows version 15.0. to test whether there is a relationship between the value of adolescent religiosity with happiness living in the area of Yogyakarta. The results show that there is no negative relationship between religiosity with happiness adolescents living in the Yogyakarta area (r = 0059, p = 0086, p> 0.05). so the hypothesis was rejected.
