Pengaruh Asset Instrumen Keuangan dan Free Cash Flow terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence of Assets Financial Instruments and Free Cash Flow to Firm Value. The purpose of this research is to determine wether assets financial instrument and free cash flow effect on firm value. This research is quantitative research. The sample of research is manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for 2013-2015. The sample selection was done by purposive sampling method, the number of sample is 354 companies. Processing data using SPSS software to test the classic asumption, significant test, hypothesis test and regression analysis. The result showed that 1) asset financial instrument have positive and significant influence on the firm value; 2) free cash flow have negative and doesn’t have significant influence on the firm value.
