Abstract

This design is based on the backlog problem in Bandung City. Meanwhile, the availability of land is not able to meet their needs. In addition, the very high price of land in the city of Bandung has led to many inadequate settlements in several areas. Meanwhile, if Rusunawa is built, the stakeholder is less interested because of the high land price. Thus, the design of the Integrated Rusunawa with Government Offices was born with a mixed-use concept, to reduce land clearing while reducing land acquisition costs.
