Abstract

This study investigates the role of affiliate marketing strategies in increasing brand awareness and conversion rates from the perspective of PT. Paragraf Labs Indonesia. As a growing digital company, PT. Paragraf Labs relies on affiliate marketing to expand its reach and drive sales performance. However, challenges such as the absence of structured management systems, a lack of precise performance tracking, and inconsistent affiliate output have hindered its

effectiveness. Using a qualitative research methodology, this study combines in- depth interviews with five key personnel and direct field observation to assess the

affiliate marketing practices within the company. The research explicitly explores how structured management approaches, namely performance tracking systems, a Statement of Work (SOW), and the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), can increase efficiency and accountability in affiliate operations. Furthermore, the study examines the impact of storytelling-based content strategies on consumer engagement, trust, and conversion. The findings demonstrate that implementing structured guidelines, optimizing affiliate selection and incentives, and applying emotionally resonant storytelling techniques significantly improve brand awareness and conversion outcomes. This study provides valuable insights and managerial implications for digital marketers aiming to enhance the strategic execution of affiliate marketing programs.
