Abstract
Human trafficking is categorized as human rights violations because it done by threat, forcefulness, deception, that aims to prostitution, slavery, and forced labour. The number of human trafficking cases increased in Indonesia. Actually Indonesia has already have the regulation about human trafficking in Act No.21 years 2007 about Elimination of Human Trafficking and also in criminal code there is regulate about it. But the regulation did not specific regulate about the victims of human trafficking. As we know that after the prepetrators get the sanction and punishment, the destiny of the victims is ignored. Basically, the victims of human trafficking is a party who got suffered because of the perpetrators do. Many cases which happend about the victims is they get the bad label from the society, many of them get the sickness like HIV/AIDS,etc. It is the example that the victims of human trafficking should get the more attenttion and more protection for the many parties both state government and the society. Because the victims feel suffer of their lifetime, so they need the support from the society. Also more protection for the government and state to giving the safety from the victims.
