Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Stress Kerja pada Karyawan di Rumah Sakit Krakatau Medika (RSKM)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of work life with work stress on employees Kratau Medika Hospital in Cilegon. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a negative correlation between the quality of work life with work stress. Subjects in this study were employees of Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon employees numbering 70 people. This study used two scales of measurement are prepared by the researcher, namely: Work Stress Scale and Quality of Life Scale Work. Work Stress Scale are 40 aitem, made under the aspects raised by Cooper and Alison (1995). Quality of Work Life Scale constituted 29 aitems, the aspects raised by Werther and Davis (1993). Method of data analysis performed in this study using Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 12.0 for Windows. Nonparametric Spearman Rho correlation of r--0077 with significance level p-0262 (p>0.01) indicates that the research hypothesis was rejected.
