Placemaking is the way of identifying and managing a place based on user needs. It affects the formation of unusual room layouts. In this study, the method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data presentation was carried out descriptively and collected by direct observation at the Priyo Salim house workshop and interviews with homeowners. The findings from the research are that some spatial transformations of the workshop area several times from one space to the space in Priyo Salim's workshop house to respond to the activities and space needs. There is a strong relationship between silver process-making activities that the higher supervision of silver craft production is closer to the owner space.
